Re: My seborrheic dermatitis control

I found after jogging, the next day my face would have intense redness and itch, so i stopped jogging and started walking for exercise instead, i tried jogging a few times and everytime the following day the reddness increased. In my case i think the sweat that was generated from jogging, irritated the skin barrier which inturn made my sd worse. I also found this to be the case when eating oily foods such as tuna in sunflower oil and even omega 3 fish oil capsules. Any oils eaten or put topicaly on my skin would irriate my skin. However when I ate oily fish such as salmon this was not the case. Therefore for me I can fully control my sd by advoiding intense sweating, oily foods and high gi foods containg sugar.
