Re: high liver enzymes
everyone is different and everyone's speed is a bit different. i do only one cleanse at a time and give the body time to rest inbetween. i would never do a
parasite cleanse at the same time as a
kidney cleanse at the same time as a liver cleanse, esp. along with the bowel cleansing that should accompany the liver cleanses. way too much!
everyone is different. what i did-
1) prepared for liver cleanse by doing a 5 day blessed herbs
Bowel Cleanse -
(www.blessedherbs.com) some people use
Oxypowder or colosan instead.
2) grape fruit seed extract for a few weeks (to kill candida in the gut)
3) liver cleanse and
colonic within 2 days of liver cleanse
4) waited about a month and then did another liver cleanse & colonic
(some people wait only 2 weeks between cleanses,
but for me alittle longer - 3-4weeks is better)
5) after 4 liver cleanses/colonics i did a kidney cleanse.
some people jump right in to
Liver Cleansing without doing anything else first.
there's lots that can be done between
Liver Cleanses - eating right - no sodas, sugar, fast foods, juicing, drinking un-tap water, etc. just changing the diet by getting rid of the crap can be a big deal just by itself. also there's cleansing detox teas which are gentle enough to slip inbetween cleanses -
Essiac tea, for instance. (flor-essence and other brands are sold at all health food stores). also some people take prep herbs between
Liver Cleanses available at
