Re: Hiatal hernia

Do you think aloe vera or manuka honey would help?

Aloe can soothe the tissues, but honey would b a lot of sugar that could lead to more fermentation.

I read also that aloe vera boosts vit C and vit E. Is that a true statement?

No, it does not raise their levels.

I'm not getting acid reflux, well maybe a tiny bit sometimes. I've tried the water trick and also doing some massage of the solar plexus. I still haven't seen the Doctor.

It seems all they do is give antacids. I'm scared of tests, so reluctant to go, although i'm convinced that is what i've got.

I have no nausea or constipation or diaroah, just discomfort and belching and the sensation of something stuck just below right rib, slighly right of the breastbone.

That does sound like a hiatal hernia.   A severe hiatal hernia can be hard to get back in again.

I've ruled out gallbladder as heard that is very painful.

Gallbladder attacks can be very painful.

I read that EFT can help, so i wondered if Quantum touch also might help.

It should if you can find someone that is really good at it.
