Re: Hiatal hernia

That sounds like something I keep having issues with. It feels like the food I ate has turned to stone right below the sternum area. Makes my heart beat fast and pound and sometimes the ache/mild pain radiates to sides, shoulders, abdomen, etc. No nausea, vomiting, bloating or diarrhea tho. I do have Gallstones but I didn't know if it was the Gallstones or a heart attack or just a pulled muscle or what it was! I still don't!

Two nights ago it happened again. It doesn't happen often, maybe once a month or so out of the blue. I wasn't sure what was going on so I took two aspirin, some magnesium, some baking soda and finally got up and sat in my recliner with my heating pad on my back and my infrared heater/massager rubbing back and forth across my upper abdomen area. It was the only thing that brought any relief until it finally went away.
