Re: My baby
I'm so sorry to hear that. I volunteer for Hospice and we are taught that it takes time to work through grief, give yourself that time. And ground yourself, it is what it is, and your children need you for as many years as you can give them. My mother commited suicide when I was 15 and I cannot begin to tell you how much I've missed her and needed her, in so many many ways and for so many many years.
There is nothing else but God and we are here but a short time. When we die we go HOME, this is not home. We are spiritual beings in a human body having a temporary experience.
Be your best for your children, for them. but don't smother them with paranoia, I think that's part of the AF and hormonal. And personally I think wanting to be perfect did nothing but help give me AF. I have to forget the perfect or I will never get well.
God bless you and comfort you, my prayers are with you.
