Well, I'm feeling more like a Pro now since I completed a 24-hour Dry Fast on Thanksgiving day. Surprisingly, there were no issues...no hunger...no pain. I plan to eat a little (alright, a lot) today, then begin a 2-day Water Fast. I've been doing short Fasts for the last week or two, and can feel the nerve damage (Sciatica) in my Back getting better. The Fasts help because the pressure is relieved.
I'm just about ready to bite-the-bullet, and go on a longish (7 days or so) Fast. If I don't get a healing, then I'm willing to go longer.
