Re: First flush...what happens next?

I am doing my second flush tonight. I would say if you are using epsom salt, you will be cleaned out the next day (going to the bathroom a lot and hopefully passing some stones). I did a 60 day Colon Cleanse (Colonix by Dr. Natura) and it was great. I then went to the liver flush. I think it is important to clean the colon first then the liver. Good luck.
