First flush...what happens next?

Hi I'm doing my first Liver Flush today. I've been reading some old messaged on the forum and came across one saying that it's important to do a bowel/colon cleanse after a Liver Flush to get out any debris. A salt water remedy was metioned but the original poster was directed to go to the Bowel Cleanse Forum for more info. I have done that and I can't find the info. I'd like to do something simple as I don't have any products like psyllium husks etc and won't be able to get any within the next couple of days. Does anyone know what this "salt water" Bowel Cleanse is about?

Tjose who have done multiple liver cleanses, how to you finish up to ensure that all the "left overs" are taken care of?
