kidney flush - i know, wrong forum

I was wondering how many of you do the kidney cleanse too.

It seems this forum is quite popular, where that one isn't very active.
IS it not as important unless you have stones or kidney troubles already?

since i am shopping for products for my colon cleanse, i was wondering if i should get stuff for a kidney one too?

I dont believe i have kidney problems.
