In my many hours of browsing yesterday, I stumbles upon this:
3/4c fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2t
Sea Salt
1/2c sweetener (i'm hoping gradeB Maple will work)
1/2 gal of water
to replentish electrolytes, instead of sugary galorade.
and that pedialyte was quite nasty, i had to dilute it because it was so sweet.
but thanks -- I feel quite BLOATED today (water retention big time)
though i'm already at a half gal for the day and it's not even noon.
I'm also heading to the health food store today so i'll see if I can't find some Emergen-C.
