You haven't had your new fillings very long, right? Unless you are extremely sensitive to the stuff, the bisphenol-a probably hasn't had time to build up enough to affect you. If you were extremely sensitive to the stuff, you would likely feel some reaction when you drink out of a plastic bottle, for example.
You might also try asking around to other people with your type of fillings to see if they've had similar problems.
It is much more likely that you are being affected by the sudden influx of mercury into your body when you had your fillings replaced.
My dentist was extremely careful to protect me against mercury release, but I still had some worsening of symptoms when my fillings were replaced.
I suggest you start a program to get rid of the mercury and see how it goes. If it doesn't clear up your problem (it will likely take months before you see obvious benefits), then look for other possibilities.
