kidney pain

Hi

Was wondering if anyone could help. I've had m.e, candida and an irritable bladder and other probs for 10 years. I've been seeing an ayurvedic doc for 2 years, has helped, but diet (lemons and other acids) stripped the enamel off my teeth, leaving them extremely sensitive, so I have to be careful with lemon.

I've had this pain in my back, kidney area for 2 months, it feels like a burning aching sensation. Also bladder has become super super sensitive, can hardly eat or drink anything now. Raw garlic used to control this problem but not having the same luck now. Any idea anybody what this could be? Stodgy food makes it worse.

Water sample came clear and I've done 2 kidney cleanses. Awaiting scan results.

Thank you, any feed back would be much appreciated.
