Piuitary gland tumour - please help

I have just been told by my doctor that I have a tumour in my pituitary gland, not sure of the size. All I know is its not cancer. Does anybody know if there are any alternatives to help shrink the size. Im just trying to look into other options, too scared to think about surgery, and drugs. My prolactin levels are very elevated.

I am trying to figure out how this came to be. I have been struggling to find a doctor who would treat me for hypothyroid and other hormones issues for the past 8 years, is it a possibility that because this was left untreated for so long this is what has cause a tumour in the pituitary gland? I know prolactin levels rise during hypothyroidism, and my hypothyroidism issues were never treated could this be the cause of the tumour? Is there a chance that once my thyroid and female hormones (excess estrogen, low progesterone) are balanced out, this could stop the growth and possibly disappear?

I have been getting a lot of headaches and I get really dizzy pretty much all day. Could this also be related to cushings disease? If anybody has been through something simular and can offer some support I’m desperately seeking answers and anybody’s options on this issue would be so much appreciated. Thankyou.
