Uny- Another Migraine-Thoughts?

Hi Uny,

I wanted to post another message about my migraines. I have now had them three days in a row. This can be typical for me. Two days I took imitrex and I just took percocet. I really want to stop taking these things. In addition I don't want to undo all the great stuff I have been doing. I am concerned that I am on a bad migraine cycle again. I can have migraines that last days or sometimes even weeks. Do you have any thoughts on what else I might try when I have a migraine or ways to make this cycle stop? Also, is there anything I can do to flush out all this stuff I have been putting into my system. I had planned to do the big Liver Flush tomorrow. Should I wait until I am sure this migraine cycle is done? I am not sure if it would be better to wait in case I continue to put meds in my body.

Thanks for your help. I am still planning to do all that I wrote in the last message. If you could give me your thoughts on that as well I would appreciate it.
