Re: Migraines

Jackie,

'Sorry to hear about the migraines :(  But honestly, I expected this was something this was a possibility.  Why?  Because if my/our theory is correct (that the build-up and congestion in the colon are pressing on the points that are known to cause migraines), then while cleansing and releasing this build-up, there's likely to be times (especially since it's likely you have various constrictions throughout your colon), that the loosened, rubbery plaque may need some 'serious encouragment' to work it's way through the constrictions and around the tight corners.

One of the best things I think you can do at home is foot reflexology.  Most people aren't aware of how effective it is, and even those that are are not typically aware of how aggressive/intense one needs to be sometimes.  So just to be clear, 'being aggressive' would be something like 30 minutes sessions (digging into the full 'arc' of colon reflex points, as per the chart).  Personally, I'd spend 15 minutes each on the two 'corners' alone (the 'corners' where the ascending colon meets the transverse colon, and where the transverse colon meets the descending colon), and another 15 minutes on the entire colon.  And I'd repeat that every hour or two...digging in as deeply as I could stand it, for as long as I could stand it.

I would do everything I could to induce and increase peristaltic action to move along the blockage.  CE's (or any enemas); cayenne powder, castor oil packs, etc....and at least one gallon of water daily.

It's very possible you'd be able to get through this process quicker (and with the possibility of less migraines), if you could visit a colonic hydrotherapist and have a series of colonics.  This would definitely help remove the debris that you're loosening with the IF#2.

The timing of this pretty much matches the efficacy expectations of the IF#1/IF#2.  Here's a likely/possible scenario: when eating raw/vegan foods & taking the IF#1, you were not 'deep cleansing' (IF#1 'makes you go' but doesn't pull or abrade anything off the walls of the colon), so during that time there weren't any "pieces" of anything coming out of the diverticuli pockets or off the walls of the colon.  But a few days after starting the IF#2, some of the looser pieces would start loosening and releasing into the colon...where they may have had difficulty making it 'through & out'.  If the Cayenne tincture/Brain formula had zero affect, that would indicate the cause wasn't "vascular".

The bottom line is always one of two options: back off and take it slower, or be more aggressive and take it faster.  That's a choice only you can make.

'Sorry for the delay in response time; I was away from the house Thursday (and getting ready to be away Wednesday).

Keep us updated...and keep up the good work!  Your body CAN heal itself with your help (you're doing a great job climbing the learning curve, for sure AND for certain!).

Blessings,

Unyquity
