I was referring to this post Spud and yes after which things got silly and deteriorated and got into a kerfuffle but nevertheless we were informed that if ones post was either deleted or edited the moderator would amend if she agreed.

At that time it was obvious to me that things were going pear-shaped, hence someone should have at that time informed the moderator privately what was occurring by her actions and put everything on hold. Instead there was a surge of protest from people complaining individually, result was chaos.

Along with the chaos certain individuals became condescending towards the moderator. Yes, the moderator was into more than she bargained for but she at least attempted to bring calm and most of us knew that if the "personal Insults" were abated the result would have brought order on the forum and I was surprised that it did not occur, that's all Spud.

I am totally aware what happened in individual cases but there was unnecessary remarks from certain individuals that wanted to carry on in the same vein, regardless.
