Have you seen the crazy bill that is in the US senate as we speak. Some of the wording indicates that they can and may make it illegal to garden yourself under some distortion of "food safety." Also saving seeds would be a no no. It is easy to see that Monsanto is engaged in some leveraging on this.

Europe's rules go in effect this coming April. Heavily restricted supplements and the dissolving of many healing modalities. Talk about agendas.

Codex is marching ahead.

People in some countries may have to start an underground movement to trade seeds and set up hydroponics indoors.
