Colonic question

I did my 27th flush Thursday into Friday and got my first colonic done yesterday afternoon at 2:00. I probably should have been doing them all along, but I was resistant to the idea. However, I have been using Colosan for about a year and I know that has cleaned out a lot of old stuff. I thought I would give colonics a try because I am getting little zits on the right side of my face because I am obviously not getting cleaned up good enough after flushing.

Anyway, during the colonic I had a ton of gas bubbles coming out of the tube. Is this typical after a flush? She said air pockets can be trapped in there for a long time and you don't necessarily know it. I didn't feel particularly gassy beforehand. However, sometimes after flushing I can hear air in there gurgling around.

Also, it was pretty uncomfortable when I turned onto my back. Is that normal? Thankfully she was very easy on me and stopped with the water flow in when I would say to. I would appreciate it if anyone could chime in with their experience. I think I may try waiting a day or two after the flush next time.

Thanks in advance!

And HAPPY NEW YEAR!
