Re: Need some advice please
If you have adrenal fatigue, and your aldosterone levels are low, you could be peeing out your sodium and you might benefit from adding some
Sea Salt or real salt to your water. When I first began with advanced adrenal fatigue my first scary symptom was excess thirst. I would go to the grocery store and drink a whole gallon of milk in the isle. The register people thought I was nuts. Anyhow, my thirst greatly subsided when I began adding a half a teaspoon of realsalt to my water in the morning.
If I feel excessively thirsty at any other time through out the day I will add a little pinch of salt to my water (to taste) and my thirst is usually quenched rather quickly.
My information on Candida is rather limited as the adrenal fatigue has been my primary concern and Candida has been secondary. I do know, that us adrenal fatigued folks do tend to do best with less carbs as well. I, personally feel better when I don't eat grains and some starchy vegetables, like sweet potatoes will give me a yeast infection in a heart beat. I don't, on the other hand, follow any one school of thought about a specific diet for everyone. Is it possible that you are detoxing too fast? Maybe you changed your diet too rapidly and you are experiencing extreme die-off? If so, resuming some of your old "bad habits" might help to ease the pain.
