Re: Need some advice please
Well, I know this is a
Liver Flush Forum , but I am a veteran at fighting candida so I thought i'd let you know how to kill it.
Nobody wants to hear the following, and many people will disagree and want to argue. However, I only wish someone had told me the following when i first began cleansing candida; it would have same me a lot of time and money:
You need to remove all carbohydrates from your diet and only eat green leafy vegetables and fats. Read that part again so you make no mistake about it. If you eat anything with carbohydrates that isn't a green leafy vegetable it will be enough to keep the candida alive. How do I know this? Because I tried every possible combination of foods and took intricate journaling of the dieoff response. By die off I mean copious globs of acrid smelling fungus shooting out my rectum. Eating even nuts or seeds provide enough carbs to keep candida alive.
You need to understand the beast you are fighting against and the severity of your situation. Do not waste your time doing a maintenance diet when your REAL goal should be to utterly destroy it. Otherwise you are just building up its tolerance. If you are not getting literal globs of dead yeast-smelling fungus coming out in your stools, you are not effectively cleansing yourself of candidiasis.
Take candex pills to assist in digesting the cell walls of candida. Start at 2 and take more as needed based on the die off response. Granted, other candida treatment does work (like raw garlic and coconut oil) and if you want you can eat these as well. Stay away from all other supplements as they are absolutely worthless and ineffective. Note: from my experience, candex only works effectively used in conjunction with near-zero carb diet.
I done this regimen for 1.5 years on and off and I have eaten 20 cloves of raw garlic, 5tbs cococnut oil, 5drops oregano oil, and 20 pills of candex a day while eating nothing but green leafy vegetables cooked in coconut oil during the peak of my cleansing crusade. And the truth? I still have candidiasis even after that.
I wish you well on your healing journey!
