This would give people another reason to condemn these women, there are already conservatives whining about single mothers on welfare, (even though it is a pittance for the most part, and leaves the woman totally dependent on the state, therefore much easier to control).

So the women are damned if they choose to abort, and they are damned if the choose to give birth and need financial help from the government, to care for the children they have.

It is not race that is the issue here, it is economic status.
