Re: HCG Drops - Good or Bad?
At least the article seemed fairly balanced.
I would hope the author has done his research as well and read the works of Dr. Simeons.
There IS a different between the injections of pure hcg and the homeopathic drops. The pure 'real' hcg is illegal to make in the USA, but companies import the product to sell to American consumers. It can be taken as an injection OR it can be taken sublingually. The homeopathic drops are legal in the USA, sold many places, are easy to use and work as well as the 'real' hcg.
The side effects described in the article are only possible side effects and many experience none of those and if they do experience them, it is temporary.
I researched the hcg for months before trying the homeopathic drops. So far I have lost 57
pounds and 24
inches on the plan. I have 50 more
pounds to drop and will start the Very Low Calorie Phase again in January.
Indeed, I encourage people to research this extensively if they are interested in doing it. I don't even do it the way Dr. Simeons says to do it in his book
pounds and
inches. I added more calories, continued with coconut/mct oil and fish oil and continued with my supplements.
Lots of people have lost lots of weight and
inches with the plan, many well over 100 pounds, and have kept it off. Yes, it does require continued healthy eating habits, just like any plan. Once I reach my goal, I am going to be eating a healthy low carb lifestyle. Low carbing works too but it is slower than the hHCG.
