My take is this.

Creation is an ongoing process. Everything flows. At any point we can see entropy or negative entropy taking place.

It may look like the conception is the main point of creation but it is only one stop on the trip. And the trip is a never ending cycle. What about when the egg was made or the exact sperm that fertilized that egg, or when the donors of egg and sperm ate the exact proteins and other building blocks that become sperm and egg...or...............when an ear is formed on the fetus, or when the vibration of Mozart stimulated a mutation and a greater intelligence potential was initiated within the fetus, or.......

Endless cycle really.
