Re: Began Liver Cleanse today

I am considering a Liver Flush and have been reading up on the subject. There seems to be several different methods. When using the Dr. Hulda's method it mentions that the results are better if you do a maintenance parasite and kidney rinse. I purchased a alcohol-free tinture of Black-Walnut , Wormwood and cloves to use for the parasite cleans. The bottle says to use up to 10 days. Mix 1-2ML with small amount of water 3 times a day. I also found a recipe using Watermelon seeds that you seep in water and drink one day for at least 3 days a week, but for how long?

I have a great hour to hour breakdown of the Dr. Hulba liver flush, but I am not sure what I should do on a daily or hourly basis 3 weeks before in order to make for a great Liver Flushing experience.

10 days of the parasite tinture and water followed by a week of the Watermelon Tea followed by a colonix or herbal supplement for the colon, followed by a fast of nothing but juices the day before the liver flush????????
