being tested at the Doctor's for thyroid problems and being found normal doesn't mean anything... i've read that 1/2 of thyroid problems don't show up on blood tests (don't ask me how 'they' arrive at this number). i also tested in the normal range, although the blood tests didn't acurately reflect what was going on.
there's loads of postings further down on this page that have supplement listings. i'm not trying to slough you off here, by not answering. i've asked and found rsudler's responses interesting, as well as other people's. just read farther down on the page...
for myself i read the advice given to me carefully, then muscle tested certain supplements and found which i needed. then after starting to take them i tested them again, and found that i just ended up with 1 out of the bunch.
