I am also glad to see that there is moderation on this forum, I have removed the posts that you used as examples, and am happy 'not' to have to point out when Ryan is attacking others, as there is finally something being done about this, and hopefully people will no longer have to put up with his nastiness and attacks on others.

I have been calling him out on his attacks for some time, as well as using the alert button system (which has proved useless up until now).

I know that you have limited time and that moderation is an unpaid position, but as you have taken on this role, please read all posts in a thread, otherwise you will likely miss where the attacking began. As you have missed this in the examples of the posts you used, to show Ryan as some sort of victim, when in fact he began the attacks.

I'm hoping, as you say, that the atmosphere will improve in this forum. However, it will not improve if people feel they are being dealt with unfairly.
