Re: EMFs in the bedroom

I've heard that EMF's deplete the body's supply of melatonin. Don't know if that's true, but I've been following the advice about unplugging stuff for about 2 years now, looking for any sleep help I can get. Can't say that I notice a difference but that may just be b/c the EMF stuff is subtle, fine tuning, whereas my other sleep detractors are biggies. Ftr, I heard: nothing w/in 8 feet of your bed, and that things like tv's, stereos, as long as they're plugged in (b/c they have "memory"- preset channels, etc) are creating EMFs.
