EMFs in the bedroom


 I stumbled across EMFs disrupting sleep and it makes sense. I remember having the best nights sleep camping or in rooms where there wasn't much electronics. 

I unplugged everything in my bedroom today, and have a battery operated clock and a camping light, that's it. No more laptop, reading or fan in there. (No TV or cell phones either)
