Im trying to lose 40lbs!! (im 140lbs at 5'4) I was extremly thinner before so i can relate to how you must feel now. I wanna lose the weight but cant put the fork down...nom nom.Im attempting a Water Fast but cant seem to make it past 28hrs. Ugh. Im not that obese but i still dont look good in a bikini? im normal? I just wanna be thin n healthy too
I have calculated and averaged many many many other peoples weight regardless of weight/height/age/gender
and the average weightloss is about 1.2lbs for a person starting under 200lbs and 1.4 for anyone over 200lbs.
28days is a great goal!! Im always 'restarting tomorrow'.
