Referring to a Jarvis lecture I tried one drop of 5% Lugols (I suppose around 7,5mg Iodine)in my daily beloved ACV-drink (200ml warm water with 1 teaspoon vinegar & honey) yesterday for the first time and immediately experienced something like a sore throat, but vanished after drinking another ACV without Lugols right after.

Nethertheless I`m a bit bothered, because I nether had something like this before and my throat is not a "weak point"

As every symptom I (and my motherside family) owe, lead to Iodine I would like to continue, but I want to examine this phenomenon before and therefore I ask for your help.

What is your blood/rh-type and do you maybe know your metabolic-type (para/sympathetic-oxydizer) or ayurvedic (vata/pitta/kapha) or TCM type (I mean this wood/fire/earth/metall/salt-typing) or anything that shows something about your body-functions.

I always love to read testimonials (and also failures) of people who describe themselves in that way, because of my experience and observation these "individual ones" were the most helpfull in spite of well explained but without specification just common successes/failures.

For this reason now: I am O- and actually vata/kapha-type (awful combination).

Also everybody who had the same sensation is asked.
