Re: throat still sore!

I had this happen to me last year, with iodine. Everytime I would take a healthy dose my throat would become sore. I would assume I had strep throat or something similar and so I would actually increase the dose of Iodine and supplemental vitamins. Then after a few days of hardly being able to swallow, I would back off the Iodine for a week or so and things would go back to normal. Again, I just assumed it was a virus. I never felt bad, just the extremely sore throat. But this happened last year 6 or 7 times, I finally had the 'ah ha' moment and realized that as I increased my Iodine my throat became sore and as I backed off, my symptons went away. I am not sure exactly, but I now assume that on the higher doses of iodine, my bodies weakest point is the back of my throat. I really believe that my body was ridding itself of unwanted toxins. Now that my body is completely iodinated, I never get the sore throat.
