You are aware aren't you that Mark and Alyson are the folks who make and patented Symbion?

It may be a fine product, but their story about how 'older customers' told them about Symbion and how Alyson 'reluctantly' decided to try it, is indeed at the very least, "deceptive".

They should be ashamed of themselves.
