i read your post just this morning... haven t been to the ER, although i thought about it quite often yesterday... i hate hospitals but i feel so miserable and it happened so quickly ...

reading your post about volvutus was like a perfect description of what i feel... and what is happening... i did figure out that i should not eat anymore so since yesterday at 2pm i had nothing except juice, and today i was planning to make chicken broth too instead of eating...

fortunately, my colon appears not to be twisted to death cause i passed stuff this morning after using the laxatives herbs. however i agree this inst something to mess with ill probably go to the hospital today if it still feels twisted... ill do another Castor oil pack this AM and then see... for now i dont feel so terrible except that i am in hypoglycemia due to under eating last days...

anybody got any tip on untwisting a colon (mine sound more like the Cecal Volvulus than sigmoid) naturally?
