If you want to improve the gut immune function, I will suggest you Transfer Factor, Lactoferrin, L. Reuteri, L Glutamine, and N Acetyl Glucosamine. Colostrum and Bee Pollen are very good to increase the villi. One time the villi regenerates, the secretory IGA also increase a lot. The mucus layer on the villi is home of the gut immune globulin defense ( IGA ). I take all the products I mentioned plus some more, including N Acetyl Cysteine. I think the autoimmune attack caused by gliadin, and triggered by candida is the main cause of poor digestion and damage to the pariethal cells.
