I've used the Biotuner along with EFT. Good results, the EFT helped me a bit more than the Biotuner though. The 7.83 hz setting #3 seemed to be the most relaxing for me. Your mileage may vary. As an energy worker I use several other modalities as well for anxiety relief, QT, QE, Reiki,etc.
