EFT works fantastically well once you get the language/approach that works for you. Personally I'd spend more time drilling down deeper in your EFT practice, finding alternative approaches, etc than spending time and money on various devices.
Eft works very fast on certain things, and others take more time and multiple approaches. The most basic and important thing is to face your pain, fears, etc head on and really feel them strongly when you're tapping on them. And then tap on specific events/memories involving those pains/fears, and tap on other problems that you can think of that are related to the same pain/fears/anxieties.
It takes a bit of work sometimes, but your entire outlook and life will change once the emotional charge is taken out of fear, shame, anxieties etc and the memories that contain them.
