I do have one further question regarding the process. Several things I have read, including Curezone posts, indicate that only enough liquid to fill the Sigmoid is required or even desireable. Yet some of the posts of recipes and instructions are specifically for "high colon" filling. It would seem to me that if one did a pre-purge of the whole colon and all that was required for liver stimulation was small volume CE, that would certainly be the easiest way to go (no pun intended). Am I on the right track? Is there a place for high-colon CE? If so, when?
