new coffee enema person, -questions

I am new to coffee enemas. Have done 3 and have some questions. First 2, I used strong, brewed coffee and got a caffine buzz. 3rd one, I got smart and followed a reliable, boiled and simmered recipe. No caffine buzz! Some things were common to all three and from thence comes my questions below:

1. Is lots of urinating normal? About an hour after emptying, I start having to urinate about every 15-20 minutes for several hours. Is this just the caffine?

2. I do have mild abdomal discomfort, -sort of a very mild feeling like somebody punched me in the abdomen yesterday and there is still a little sensation left over. Is this the bile dumping?

3. Is appetite affected? First 2, I had little appetite. 3rd, I didn't really feel hungry afterward but, anytime I did eat, I realized I was eating ravenously.

Overall, coffee enema is a wonderful experience. Process feels relaxing, then cleansing. Get lots of nasty stuff out. Feel very "alive" and feel a strange connectedness with people I am around and my overall environment.
