I have used some chlorella for a while. After 3 or 4 days on it, I'll start to be sick with tremors and eyes tearing, pins and needles in my scrotum. That's bad.

The worst is ALA. I didn't know how powerful is this ?&**%
and took one 600 mg everyday according to the book of Sherry Rogers. I taught I will past out after 3 days. My symptoms were unbearable.

Chelex seems to be a professionnal product. My doctor is kind of picky on that and he recommends Chelex. Tweet
