i have known about the Blood Type Diet for about 20 years now, and i agree there definitely is something to it as i am blood type O. i agree also about trying to eat grass fed and toxin free animals too. but oddly for me this doesn't make that much of a difference. grains and legumes just don't work for me at all. i can do ok some some fruits. i need vegetables to be well-cooked in order to digest them aside from occasional salads. the main thing that works for me is animal fat. i know this is not even recommended on the Blood Type Diet , but it's what my body likes.
anyway, i was just wondering whether i would be working at cross purposes being a meat eater and doing the MC, but it seems no so far, so this is good news.
