Eating vegan means little and does not guarantee good health unless folks educate themselves bout balance and nutrition. A large number of junk foods can be considered vegan and most so called processed "health foods" are mostly marketing hype and what many can get away with by the very loose standards of what can legally be labeled natural and or organic so saying vegan makes you constipated without defining you understanding of vegan other than "no meat" is meaningless. Just as if you are a meat eater it makes a big difference whether you consume commercially processed meats that are full of hormones antibiotics and who knows what else or you buy grass fed free range organically raised meats. The jury is still out for me but I do think there is something to eating by your blood type (D'Adamo)
The MC will help detox your system regardless of your dietary preferences. Your dietary choices are your business but for me personally is pretty hard to ignore how commercially meats are processed and the issue of wasted resources used to raise meat and also the ethical treatment of animals. I was totally raised on meat but as I have experimented with food choices I am just intuitively attracted to mostly vegetarian diet with forays into mostly raw. It just makes sense to me and my blood type point according to the D'Adamo studies
