If you've been swishing with oregano oil and a good brand of Colloidal Silver steadily, I doubt the cause is some kind of mouth infection - those two would do the trick.

Personally I WOULD try an Naturopath if you have a line on one. Discuss your financial situation with them and ask if they have a sliding scale for billings. You can probably work something out - if not try another one.

The dentist would be the obvious choice but unfortunately I've lost all faith in them to do anything but what earns them the most money (though some far and few between old school exceptions can still be found). Still, head to the ND first.

They've already made the tough career choice to make less money to heal more effectively.
