It's very possible that you had swollen gums prior to OP and with the swelling down the rescission is more obvious. I vaguely remember something like that happening to me too.

But keep up the OP - a few months from now (and beyond) you'll love what it does for your gums. And yes do play around with different oils to find the one(s) you like best.
