To answer your question I did start slowly as you suggested at 1/8 but then increased. I am now up to 1/2 tsp. I can cut back for sure. As I said, it does not happen all the time. It seems to be more when I have not eaten in awhile.
Okay, I will try to eliminate the empty stomach thinking. I was thinking about it more now when I have not been juice fasting but I will try and see what works best for me.
