Hello. I'm on day 14 of a water fast. I plan on continuing until I reach 40 days. I feel great, better than I've felt in a long time. In the past, I became obsessed with nutrient counting, even taking a multi vitamin "just in case".
Now I'm afraid to eat anything at all or break my fast, for fear of eating too much of the wrong (or right) thing and becoming unhealthy again. Has anyone else had this problem? Should I just forget about it and eat whatever, then exercise everyday?
