Testifying in front of Congress, senior scientist with NOAA retracts previous statements that most of the oil from spill is gone, now admits that at least 75% of it is still there. (Previous report that 3/4 of oil is gone was made just 2 weeks before he retracted this finding).
They've found an underwater oil plume 22 miles long, approx. the size of Manhattan. I wonder whether Obama and family would like to go deep sea diving in that plume and post pictures of it in the media.
