Telman's 16th flush update

Today, this morning at 8.30am, 84 hrs after flushing I passed a number of hard clay like white stones, like old chewing gum. A few examples are shown in the picture, which were the largest ones. I am unsure if they are gallbladder sludge concentration or if they were compacted in the gut, however, I am sure that it was nothing I ate. I am banking on them being gall bladder sludge. There was also a large amount small stones and gravel embedded within a normal bowel movement.



I feel really good at the moment and it must be due to the flushing.
