 hi Hv, I've been taking magnesium malate all along - for a least a year... almost every day. That and MSM - I thought MSM would take away any inflammation. charly

Yucca root and licorice root are better anti-inflammatories.   And both build up the adrenals, which produce the body's own steroidal anti-inflammatories.

One other thing you could try to elevate ATP levels is the amino acid carnitine.  It should be taken on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before meals.
