Re: Adrenal fatigue and coffee enemas?

this website explains some of the other benefits very well. it is a little silly to think that CE have no benefits after so many tens of thousands of people and doctors have been using them for so long.

The same can be said for cocaine, which was long used widely for its "therapeutic" effects.  It was even part of Coca Cola, which was originally sold as a health tonic. This did not mean it was safe or effective for its claims.

i have tried bitters, and it didn't work for me... too weak. but they are good place to start, and if it works it is much easier than doing a whole procedure.

i have had coffee implants during
colonics and i saw the waste bile being released in the exit tube, so i know for a fact that it works. and i slept like a baby the night after this happened, whereas i am completely intolerant of drinking coffee and it would cause the typical symptoms of restlessness and jitters.

Have you ever heard people say they can drink a cup of coffee and go right to sleep?  I have a number of times.  Know why this happens?  Because people have shot their adrenals with too much caffeine among other things.  The adrenals can only produce tiny amounts of epinephrine at a time to maintain our energy.  When we overstimulate our adrenals the epinephrine gets used up faster than the adrenals can produce it and the person crashes, which is why they fall asleep so easily after the caffeine absorption.  So falling asleep so easily after caffeine absorption IS NOT a good thing, it is a symptom telling the person that they have overstimulated the adrenals.

Again caffeine is caffeine regardless of how it is absorbed.  And the body has no way to ONLY direct the caffeine to the liver.  The caffeine affects other parts of the body as well, including the adrenals.  The fact that it is more rapidly absorbed through the colon does not change this fact.  It only means a much stronger effect on the body overall.  Again using cocaine as an example drinking cocaine in the old days in Coca Cola would not be near as hard on the body overall as smoking crack cocaine.  The more rapid absorption through the smoking only intensifies the punch on the body as well as the damage.  The same applies to other CNS stimulants like caffeine.
