opinion on taking a heavy metals test while on Itraconazole

I have no idea what is in itraconazole, might even have metals so my question is I bought two urine metal tests for at home use. Do you think if I take one while on the meds it will alter the results? and what if there are metals present? I have been told by the yeast infection advisor that you can't chelate while on it cause it might make the meds not as effective or something along those lines.. should I take the test? whens the best time to take it in the morning?
